Experience – Minimum 1 Year in External Recruitments (Domestic IT only), Experience in consulting firms will be considered.

Roles and Responsibilities
-To handle Team and Client Management
Client Management, Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
Maintain proper coordination with Team and Clients to generate quality results.
Develop and confirm partnership with new clients.
Manage and lead a dynamic team of recruiters that responds and fulfils Clients’ hiring needs.
Build talent pipeline through alternate sources
Familiar with professional social networking sites
Experience: 5+years in consulting firms. CTC- Upto 7LPA
