Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage large amounts of  outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements:

• Fresher/Experienced anyone can apply.
• Strong telephonic and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Candidates must have a good command over “English” language.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Candidates must be opened for Day/Night shift as per company’s requirement.

Shift Timings:

• Timings for US shift (8:30 PM to 6:30 AM)
• Reporting time (8:15 PM Sharp)
• Cabs  for   female  with in 10 kms of radius
• Cab allowance  for male candidates
• Salary date  1st  of the month.
• One meal provided  

No Cabs in training for females.

Duration is for 5 days #
