 Experience in working with customers international B2B customers on the phone for at least a year
Working or have worked for a US process
Ability to manage and work on CRM screens
Proficiency in word processing applications required
Ability to prioritize work and multi task
Fluency in English language
Ability to work under pressure
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge about telephone manner and customer orientation
Understanding about Customer Service Survey
Positive attitude, proactive engagement and solutions seeking
Open to working in night shifts
