JOB DESCRIPTION  - First round telephonic  and then ftf 

Functional Role- Operations Management
Designation: Asst. Manager/ Manager- Operations
NO. OF POSITION: 1
ROLE TYPE: Permanent
EXPERIENCE: 6+ Years
Day shift 

SALARY: 50 to 80K CTC As Per Experience & Expertise 
LOCATION: Gurgaon

Responsibilities Brief: 
Able to handle Operations End to End Independently and Manage Key Relationships

Key Skills:
• Knowledge of On-line platforms
• Data driven mindset
• Strong understanding of consumer products
• Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
• Analyze client behavior and adjust product positioning
• Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Good analytical skills with the ability to create and analyze reports
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
• Provides operational support to the Customer Service team while managing escalations and complaints.
• Monitors Order Processing Team, to ensure timely process of all orders/ returns, etc.
